The percentage of minority lawyers at large firms has edged up, erasing the decline seen in
last year’s Diversity Scorecard. Cumulatively, firms that replied to
this year’s survey saw collective U.S. head count fall by 359, while the minority head count in U.S. offices rose by 136.
