[JURIST] Lawyers for the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) [advocacy website] on Wednesday urged the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit [official website] in Seattle to preserve two lawsuits over the warrantless surveillance of US citizens.
