7th Circuit panel admonishes dogged plaintiffs' lawyer — again

The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit recently chastised Chicago plaintiffs’ lawyer Clinton Krislov by calling his accusations against the court "over the top" and by suggesting he "may wish to moderate his fury." That admonishment came in an order denying rehearing of a class action about clothes dryers.
