Supreme Court erects major barriers to class actions in Wal-Mart ruling

Wal-Mart’s sweeping high court victory against a class of more than 1 million female workers is likely to hobble other large employment class actions as well, and has revived criticism of the Roberts Court as too biased toward business interests.
