Samsung Settles Spansion Patent Claims for $150 Million

After three years and an earlier failed settlement, the patent battle between Spansion and Samsung over flash memory chips in a host of devices — notably iPhones, BlackBerrys, and Samsung and Sony televisions — is finally over.
