The family from a hit TV show has filed a federal suit challenging Utah’s anti-bigamy law. Law professor Jonathan Turley, who is representing them pro bono, says he has questioned the treatment of polygamists in the aftermath of the landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling Lawrence v. Texas.
