Judge Ware Says Walker's Sexuality No Reason to Recuse on Prop 8

The judge who heard the Proposition 8 case didn’t need to recuse himself because he is in a same-sex relationship, a federal judge has ruled, finding it "not reasonable to presume" a judge can’t be impartial "solely because, as a citizen, the judge could be affected by the proceedings."
