Judge rules oil spill compensation fund must tell claimants it's acting on behalf of BP

The plaintiffs’ steering committee in the Gulf spill MDL won its second big win in a week when a judge ruled that a $20 billion fund set up for spill victims must tell claimants it is acting on behalf of BP.
