Federal judge blocks Kansas law defunding of Planned Parenthood

[JURIST] A judge for the US District Court for the District of Kansas [official website] Monday blocked a Kansas law [HB 2014, PDF; materials] that would prevent Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri (PPKM) [advocacy website] from receiving federal funding.
