Federal Circuit Upholds Victory for Boston Scientific and Arnold & Porter in Multibillion-Dollar Stent Patent Wars

The Federal Circuit has affirmed a summary ruling in a huge win for Boston Scientific, which could have faced more than $1 billion in damages in the case and remains locked in related litigation with Johnson & Johnson over the multibillion-dollar stent market.
