Experts predict difficulties for news orgs' FOIA requests to release bin Laden photos

After the president announced that photos of Osama bin Laden’s body would not be released, news organizations immediately began to discuss filing requests to force disclosure. Lawyers who specialize in FOIA work say that, while such requests will almost certainly be denied initially, there’s a chance that plaintiffs could prevail in court.
