Court: TSA Failed To Allow Public Comment On Body Scan Screening

The D.C. Circuit on Friday said the Transportation Security Administration failed to allow for public comment before the agency’s decision to switch to an advanced imaging technology to screen passengers, which critics call an unconstitutional scan of a person’s body.
