1st Circuit denies habeas relief to convicted murderer who claimed his lawyer should have raised Zoloft defense

The 1st Circuit has denied a new trial to a convicted murder who claimed ineffective assistance of counsel because his trial lawyer failed to mount a defense related to Zoloft’s effect on him.
